Satisfaction of Customers with Initial Quality of Product
Indicators examined in measuring customer satisfaction from initial product quality
Satisfaction of customers with quality of passenger cars in 2016 (based on price/product group)
Customer satisfaction survey from initial quality of passenger cars in the first quarter of the vehicle ownership (mileage of less than 4000 km) has been made. Sampling method in this research has been interview in three ways: telephone, face to face (in-person) and correspondence with sampling error of 2% and confidence interval of 95%. The period of interviews is 2016 and 131,023 interviews with owners of 114 models of passenger cars have been made in Iran.
